Welding Design in Creo supports associative weld features in assemblies while the joined components remain separate. Teams can prepare readable views of fabricated frames, brackets, enclosures, and sheet-metal structures with the relevant members, seams, and joint details shown in context.
A welded structure is easier to discuss when the image shows both the joint and the members it connects. Start with the frame, bracket, enclosure, or sheet-metal assembly state that carries the review.
Use a close view for a seam or edge preparation, a section for a concealed joint, or an exploded state when member order matters. Keep enough surrounding geometry visible to explain location and access.
Weld features can use light, surface, or solid representations, depending on the feature and Creo setup. Choose the display that communicates the joint clearly without suggesting more modeled geometry than the source contains.
The prepared view can support a design-review recap, fabrication discussion, quotation, supplier presentation, product page, or training document. Keep weld symbols, dimensions, process parameters, and reports available beside the visual when those details matter.
Open the intended assembly in the Creo Welding application and regenerate it. Confirm the joined members, active weld features, edge preparations, notches, and assembly state before composing the image.
Select the view that answers the review question. Remove menus, selections, datums, cursors, and unrelated parts, but retain symbols or callouts when the audience needs them to identify the joint.
Save the composed viewport as PNG or JPEG, or use an existing WebP capture, and add that image to RENDERCAD. Brief the material character, setting, lighting, crop, and joint emphasis.
Compare each candidate with the source at a similar scale. Check member count, seam location, edge shape, openings, hardware, and relative position before placing the image in the review package.

The Creo Welding application creates associative weld features within assemblies, including joined-member definitions, preparations, notches, symbols, and weld information. Availability depends on the installed Creo configuration and license. Structural analysis is a separate Creo Simulate workflow.
Representation depends on the feature and setup. A weld may use light, surface, or solid geometry where supported, so the most informative display is the one that matches the current review.
Keep the relevant drawing, symbol, dimensions, process information, report, or BOM context with the presentation when readers need exact fabrication details. The image can orient them to the joint location.
Use an assembly view for the overall structure, a close view for the joint face, a section for hidden preparation, or an exploded state for member order. Pick the simplest view that answers the question.
Retain the members, seam, preparation, notch, and nearby hardware needed to locate the joint. Show a symbol or callout only when it stays legible and contributes to the discussion.
RENDERCAD sees only the pixels in the uploaded PNG, JPEG, or WebP. It has no access to Creo weld objects, member geometry, dimensions, symbols, parameters, reports, analysis results, or manufacturing data.
Render Studio renders from the active Creo session, using model appearances, scenes, lights, orientation, and native controls. RENDERCAD instead develops visual directions from the supplied picture without connecting to the model.
Place the candidate beside the original capture. Check member count, seam position, edge preparation, openings, hardware, silhouette, and relative alignment. Reject an image that changes the joint or hides the review subject.
