For a ceiling plan, retain the room boundary, key fixture symbols, and a small amount of architectural reference; for an interior or exterior view, retain the major surfaces, openings, path edges, and fixtures that establish the scene. Hide dimension strings, revision clouds, crowded callouts, title blocks, and unrelated services unless they are needed for the review. Capture a clean, well-framed viewport at a scale that makes the design question obvious.
